A message from Spring Benefit Event Co-Chairs:
We’re sad to announce today that our Spring Benefit and all related activities scheduled for the weekend of April 24-25 have been cancelled. Many of us look forward to this annual gathering of our community, and while this decision is disappointing it is being made out of an abundance of caution and concern for the health and well-being of all.
Since the public health crisis caused by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) began, the dedicated staff at Benedictine have been working non-stop to ensure the children and adults entrusted to our care are as safe and comfortable as possible. We are all living with the added anxiety of uncertainty in these challenging days, and we couldn’t be more proud of the way our team has pulled together to support those we serve. Please keep the Benedictine community in your prayers, and know you continue to be in ours.
As you can imagine, our financial needs have never been greater, and we hope you will participate in our “Virtual Gala” by raising your auction paddle for Benedictine online. We have received a generous $25,000 challenge grant from a donor who will match any donations up to that amount.
As members of the Board, parents and co-chairs of the 2020 Spring Benefit Committee, we thank you for your understanding and continued support.
