Residential Director : Director is responsible for the leadership and management of all aspects of the Adult Residential Program. Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field required. Master’s degree preferred. 3-5 years of management/supervisory experience in Adult Group Home program and knowledge of state regulatory issues a must.
Awake Overnight House Aide: FT in area group homes. Monday – Friday, 12 am – 8:00 am.
House Aide: FT in Ridgely area group homes. Monday – Friday split shift, 6:00 am – 8:30am/4:00pm - 10:00 pm. Aide is required to work both shifts.
Lead House Counselor: FT positions in Easton group homes. Sunday – Thursday, 4:00 pm to 12:00 am.
